We use premium materials, leave no sharp-edges, create perfect welds and employ accurate punching and bending techniques. Whether it is a prototype part or large batches, all parts are machined to CAD and quality checked to allow the greatest accuracy and highest quality ensuring we meet exact requirements specified.

Our Powder Coating plant consists of two individual production lines, each equiped with a electro-static spray booth, feeding a batch oven with a capacity of 26m³.
The chemical content of the cleaning tanks are tested twice a day in order to maintain consistency in quality and uniformity of the paint colours. Powder used is based with a electro-static resin, we also ensure that no powder reclaimed from our own production is used.

Our Plating plant offers both Barrel and Frame plating methods with either yellow or natural blue/silver as optional colours.
After the cleaning process is complete, a sink application with two water rinse tanks is used, before the pieces are finally put into the colour dye tanks. The chemical content of the cleaning tanks are tested twice a day in order to maintain consistency of our high quality plating.
Should a product consist of a multiple of parts such as doors, drawers, handles, locks, hinges, wheels, etc. We will complete your assembly in order to ensure that all parts or components fit together as expected.

After our assembly, Electronic, Electrical or mechanical installations are left to the client.
To ensure that our quality products are dilevered to clients in perfect order, all products are either wrapped in paper or bubble wrap, or boxed or palletised and strapped during transit.
With 3 delivery vehicles at our disposal, all deliveries within the Johannesburg and Pretoria area are free of charge, arrangements are made for all national and international deliveries, ensuring that products get to you on time!
